What to expect
Placement, money, the agreement, and what you hear from us after install — written down before we visit.
Whether a site qualifies
Placement is free when the location can support a machine. You provide floor space, a dedicated outlet, and access for restocking. We own the machine, stock it, and repair it. If the site isn’t a fit, we’ll say so on the consult. Empty machines don’t help either of us.
How the money works
Commission, lower vend prices, and a richer mix come out of the same sales. A site can emphasize one of those. We don’t publish a percentage we can’t back up in your break room. On the consult we use your traffic and talk through what that supports.
The agreement
You’ll sign a location agreement that covers access, placement, and who owns the equipment. We walk through the terms before anything is installed. It isn’t a twenty-page national contract.
When we show up
We reply within one business day. Visit cadence follows sales so the machine stays shoppable — a busy site may see us weekly; a quieter one might be every other week. Jams, cooling, and card readers are included with placement. You talk to the people on the route, not a national ticket line.

After it is in
Each month we email a short summary: sales, top sellers, what changed in the mix, and commission if your site has one.
What is different here
The mix changes
We build the coils for your people — healthier options, brands to add, items to leave out — and we change them after we see what sells.
It isn’t the same in every city
Snack, drink, and food mixes differ in Portland, Seattle, and St. Louis, and can include local snacks and food. Filter offerings by city to see the mix.
You reach the route
Hunter Vending started in February 2024. We’re owner-operated. You talk to the people who run the routes, not a national call center.
